LIVE INSTRUCTION All Live Course Packages Include: Live Instruction, Books and Materials for RE Principles Deluxe Package "A" or "B" Include: Live Instruction, Books and Materials for RE Principles 8 practice exams for the State Exam 1 or 2 additional required courses, Online or Home Study, including Books Two day weekend Prep/Crash Course Our final Live Real Estate Principles will be offered from February 5th - March 11th. The course consists of eleven evenings, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. A student has 6 months from the date of enrollment to complete the additional Online/Home Study courses and the Sales Prep/Crash course. All classes must be attended in order to take the final exam for RE Principles. How the program works: The RE Principles course is broken into 11 subjects, on 11 evenings, as listed below. When the student has completed all eleven classes, the student will schedule a final examination to be taken at our school. After passing the RE Principles final exam, the student will then complete 1 or 2 self-study courses, either Online or Home Study. Once the student passes the final exams for those courses they will be given a Certificate of Completion. At that time we will give you the information you need to schedule your State Exam. We will also provide information on the time-frame you should follow for taking the crash course and the state exam. There is a 6 to 8 week gap between when you send in your application for the State exam and your test date. During the waiting period the student is given 8 practice exams, with questions and answers, to be studied at home. The student will attend a two day Prep/Crash Course weekend on the weekend held closest to their scheduled examination date. The course is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, and is held two weekends per month.
